The co- founder of Mental Floss (the source article) is a friend of mine, lives a couple miles down the road from me. They sold the magazine/site a couple years ago, but it’s still going strong in digital form.

I can’t even speculate, but I think he’s doing ok. Let’s just say he’s the guy that makes all the rest of us Gen Xer/old Millenials look lazy. I was doing kegstands at 20, he was founding a magazine.

Yeah, had to be incredibly frustrating.

Granted, she was treated like she was, in the end, in Russia because she was a “hometown” war hero who only got where she was by skill & force (and luck) .
